What are your rates?

Our rates vary depending on the services required and the complexity of the tasks including the seniority and experience of the person you are seeking.

You may expect for a general assistant prices to range from $10-15+ AUD per hour for ongoing work, however, if you require a technical specialist for adhoc / project work this could range from $15-30+ AUD per hour.

Our pricing is transparent, highly competitive and suited to a range of different budgets. We have no hidden fees and always ensure you get the best value for your money.

To ensure guarantee of payment to our people, we do require all engagements be paid in advance up to 4 weeks (or the lesser if for project work).

How do you communicate performance with clients?

We use a daily timesheet protocol and require our people to submit their hours with daily updates on their current tasks. This process helps ensure we are able to communicate their performance to you at the frequency you require (daily, weekly, monthly or simply not at all!). This tool also helps us monitor their workload and assess how they are feeling.

When we communicate with you, we will generally send formal communications via email or schedule recorded video conferences (Microsoft Teams) to ensure we meet your expectations. From time to time we may revert to communication apps (WhatsApp) or sms to speak with you about general matters.

We always encourage our clients to reach out at anytime to us directly if our peoples performance is ever in question, we also highly encourage positive feedback so that we may celebrate and reward their hard work.

Our onboarding process is designed to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for new clients. It includes:

Initial Discussion: We discuss your needs and goals to understand how we can assist you.

Needs Assessment: We conduct a detailed assessment of your requirements to create a customized candidate profile.

Candidate Sourcing: We ask how many candidate profiles you would like to review, then arrange for an interview with you.

Agreement and NDAs: You confirm the candidate, we make an offer and finalize the agreement including any required NDAs.

First Day / Kickoff Meeting: You choose! We can attend their first meeting with you or you can simply run solo like any new employee!

Ongoing Support: We provide continuous support and regular check-ins to ensure your satisfaction.

We may vary this process from time to time depending on your requirements, and if we do, we will speak with you first!
